What we collect
If you join the founding-readers list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name — handled by Kit (kit.com), our email service provider. That's all the form asks for, and joining is entirely optional.
The interactive self-scan and questionnaire run in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
How we use it
To send the MATRIX Self-Reflection Tool, publication news, and occasional notes written like the book — a handful a year. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately.
Analytics
To understand which pages resonate, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). It counts page views in aggregate, sets no cookies, builds no advertising profile, and does not follow you across other sites. No personal data is collected or sold.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or share your email address. We don't run advertising, cross-site trackers, or social-media pixels, and the site sets no cookies.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which (like all hosting providers) may keep standard, short-lived server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a standard font request when the page loads.
Your choices
Unsubscribe via the link in any email, or write to us and we'll remove you promptly. To access or delete the data held about you, contact b.ada@mindhealth.com.au.
Who we are
This site is operated by Bülent Ada, Principal Psychologist, Mind Health, Sydney, Australia (mindhealth.com.au). Nothing on this site is therapy or a substitute for it, and the self-assessment tools are reflective aids, not diagnostic instruments.
